How To Use The Grow Light In Right Way
Talking about the grow lights, I doubt most people will know this
product. Use in grow indoor plant for supply light. However, now many
people know how to use the product, especially the beginner. Follow is
the beginner tips for using grow lights.
The Different Types of Grow Lights
The first step in using grow lights is to determine which type of plant grow lights will work best for you. There are a number of different types of grow lights available, and each works differently depending on your specific needs.(You can see the all type of grow lights in msledstore.com)
Fluorescent grow lights are some of the most commonly used lights for indoor gardening. Within the fluorescent grow light category, there are a number of different lights to choose from including standard fluorescents, high output fluorescents, compact fluorescents and HID hybrid/ High output fluorescent lights. For the beginner gardener looking to start seedlings for their garden, standard fluorescent grow lights are the best choice.
The other types of grow lights that are often available to the home gardener include LED grow lights, high intensity discharge grow lights, metal halide grow lights and incandescent grow lights. While some of these lights work quite well for indoor gardening, they can be a bit difficult to use. So for the sake of keeping it simple for the beginner indoor gardener, using standard fluorescent lights is the best choice.
Setting Up Your Indoor Garden Grow Lights
For the most part, people choose to use grow lights because they are unable to provide their plants or seedlings with natural sunlight. While seeds can be started indoors on a windowsill to expose them to natural sunlight, this isn’t always an option which is why so many people turn to using grow lights for starting their plants.
Having a place in your home where you can set up your plants where they will not be disturbed and where you can adequately place your grow lights is the first step in getting started in indoor gardening. You will want to make sure that you have easy access to electrical sockets to plug your lights in, and determine how you are going to set the lights up.
When you set up your grow lights for your plants, keep in mind that your light needs to be no further than 5 inches away from the top of your plant containers. Your light will need to be adjustable as well, so that as the plants grow, you can move the light higher accordingly. You do not need to worry about the light bulb burning your plant, as fluorescent lights burn very cool and do not produce a lot of heat.
Turning on the Lights
In order to be successful in using your indoor grow lights, you will need to establish a pattern for when the lights will be on, and when they will be off. Just as there is day and night in nature, plants that are started indoors need their “day and night” as well. The easiest way to achieve this, is to set your grow lights on a timer which will turn the lights on and off at the same time every day. A good rule of thumb is to provide your plants with twelve hours of light and twelve hours of dark, until they are ready to be hardened off and transplanted outside.
After doing those jobs, you can use the led grow light well, but don’t happy so early. You need to read how to grow plant indoor tills you grow great plant.

Best LED light search 2014
As you all know, the LED lighting craze is still in ful effect now. We
see numerous new LEDs released almost at a monthly basis and they make
astounding claims of “our brand is better than other one” or the
infamous: “better than HPS”. But with all these companies claims is
ture? I see alot of complaints. People not getting the promised PAR,
units using cheap parts and chipsets, faulty units losing half their
array in a period of months (most sites claim the LEDs have a lifespan
of 50,000 hours) and of course, clone units.
I have been researching LEDs since last year and have found what I believe to be the best on the market right now. My question to you is: which one would YOU choose and WHY? Heres the list :
1.255W ChloroBA C2 LED Grow Light
The Chloroba C2 is the most poplular product in 2013, and it still become the great search grow light in 2014. They have astounding PAR and have the ability to grow lovely, dense flowers flooded with crystals. The only drawback is the price is steep (as with most quality LEDs) but i would need either one of these or two of the next size down to accomidate my space. Still a beautiful light and the company seems very helpful in dealing with customer’s needs.
2.California Lightworks Products : SolarStorm
The Solatstorm is IMO the “king” of LED lighting. Why? Because it uses 5W chipsets. Most great LEDs use 3W chipsets but this one uses 5W. Also, the heat sinks, overall design and addition of UVB t5 lighting make this beast quite LED. California Light Works really raised the bar with this unit. Ive only seen one userwho uses these LEDs but he swears by them and their company and i trust “the dude” (his name i cant remember how to spell so just going off of AVI). The only drawback i can think of is that its a little taller than most units in its class which really isnt a horrific drawback at all unless you have a very limited amount of space. This light is just such a tank amd seems very well built and engineered from the inside out.
3.Cree Chips Helios H158D Grow Lights
The Helios series still popular between growers. H158D is became the most popular model with high quality cree chips and the professional design. And this model is suitable for many people who just need little light cover.
All of these led grow lights incorperate 3W chipsets or higher. They are all around $1000-1,300 and all seem to use quality parts. I’m not sure if I would go with anything else as alot of LED panels and UFOs just dont cut it in comparison to these three. If you have any LED lights you are willing to share or post info on then be my guest but we are looking for quality here. I hope this helps anyone in the same conundrum as myself and i cant wait until i can get a hold of one to run test with.

Tips on how to grow plant indoor
Because the weather or other reason, people need to grow plant indoor. While, grow plant indoor not an easy job, you need to think something like: room to grow, right temperature, light, water, air and nutrients.
Room for grow plant
The above ground portions of the plant need space so leaves can expand and carry out the job of making food. Roots also need room to grow. Plants growing in small spaces will have their roots crowded, and that results in smaller amounts of growth.
Temperature
Most plants like temperatures that most humans like. Some may like warmer temperatures while others may prefer cooler temperatures for best growth. It is always good to know where plants come from so you can make them feel at home. Most plants like to have cooler temperatures at night and don't like to be in a drafty spot.
Light
Plants grown indoors like bright light. Windows facing the south or west have the best light. Try to place the plants close to the window to take advantage of all the light. The further away from the window, the darker it becomes. A plant will tell you when it isn't getting enough light, because its stems will be thin and it will lean toward the light. If you don't have a bright window, try using grow lights. Remember to have the light about six inches above the plants and leave it on for 14-16 hours each day. If you have no such Condition to bring light, you may consider about led grow lights.
Water
Water is important in the plant's ability to make and move nutrients. Without water or with too much water, a plant dies. For this reason, watering is an important part of plant care. Most plants like to be watered when the soil is slightly dry to the touch. When watering, moisten the soil by using enough water so that it starts to come out of the hole in the bottom of the container. (This is why it is important to use containers with drainage holes.) How often you water depends on a lot of things. Plant size, time of the year, and type of plant are a few. Your best guide, though, is to feel the soil. If you stick your finger one inch into the soil and it is dry, then water your plant.
Air
Plants use carbon dioxide in the air and return oxygen. Smoke, gases, and other air pollutants can damage plants.
Nutrients
Most of the nutrients that a plant needs are dissolved in water and then taken up by the plant through its roots. Fertilizers will help to keep the soil supplied with nutrients a plant needs. Don't apply too much too often. Fertilizer won't solve all of your plant problems, so make sure your plants have good light, good soil, and good drainage. The three most important nutrients are nitrogen, phosphorous, and potassium.
Nitrogen is used for above ground growth. This is what gives plants a dark green color. Phosphorous helps plant cell division. It aids in flower and seed production and in the development of a strong root system. Potassium helps fight off disease and provides for strong stems.
