Low Light Indoor Plants

To grow plants indoor, you should keep in mind that they should in low light condition. And many houseplants can tolerate and even thrive in dim areas, providing aesthetic view and fresher air to every corner of the house. Like the following indoor plants:

Lucky Bamboo
Lucky bamboo is a highly popular houseplant that is readily available at most home improvement stores. Often sold with twisted or braided stems, lucky bamboo is a small, attractive plant that's adaptable and easy to grow. As with most plants native to tropical forests, lucky bamboo tolerates low light more than direct and thrives in temperatures from 60 to 90 degrees Fahrenheit. Lucky bamboo can grow in water, but it also likes rich, well-draining potting soil kept evenly moist at all times.

Spider Plant
Commonly grown in hanging baskets, spider plants have a graceful, trailing growth habit that works beautifully on high shelves and in out-of-the-way places around the house. Spider plants thrive in less than ideal conditions and in some instances seem to prefer darker areas to direct sunlight. During summer, spider plants require liberal watering and occasional misting, but other than that are undemanding.

Dracaena
Dracaena, or dragon tree, is among the most popular houseplants on the market. The perennial popularity of dracaena is due in part to its resiliency in less than ideal situations, making it a perfect choice for dark corners and those who have been known to forget to water their plants. Dracaena resemble palm trees with narrow trunks and can often grow to 6 feet given the right conditions, with profuse, dark-green leaves, often edged in red. Dracaena cannot tolerate direct sunlight, overwatering or temperatures below 50 degrees Fahrenheit, making it well-suited to home and office settings.

Sansevieria
Sansevieria, also called mother-in-law's tongue, is a plant native to tropical west Africa and is one of the best low-light plants around. It thrives on neglect, making it a low-maintenance plant ideal for parts of the house that don't get much attention. The biggest threat to their health is overwatering, but dim light is not a concern. Its tall, upright habit of growth and pointed leaves are striking, and although slow-growing, sansevieria is beautiful and resilient.

Here are the low lights plants for your home, you don’t need to worry about that the plants will be died while lacking of enough lighting.
